We are looking for candidates who reside in Alaska, Florida, New Hampshire, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wyoming, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Alabama, Kansas, Georgia, Virginia, or Kentucky.

We are building a pool of candidates for future Account Associate positions. Although there are no immediate openings, we are conducting interviews to identify qualified individuals for upcoming roles.

What to Expect:

  • Interviews: Candidates will still be interviewed as part of the process.
  • Application Status: We will hold your application until a new position becomes available.
  • Future Opportunities: When a new position becomes available, we will contact candidates who have passed the interview process.

About the Role:

As a 24/7 Coastal Contact Account Associate, you are the face of our company, and your role is a vital part of our business. We provide the highest level of customer service while working to ensure each of our agencies, their clients, and caregivers have complete satisfaction and peace of mind.

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, passionate, and sensitive to the Home Care industry.  It is very important that you truly have a heart for the clients and their families while working to fill their needs.

We handle all scheduling and emergency needs for our agencies all while working remotely. You will monitor missed clock-ins, call-offs, re-staffing shifts, client schedule changes, etc.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Daytime Shift

  • New service inquiry calls

  • Last-minute schedule changes

  • Document client cancellations

  • Answer client scheduling inquiries (as applicable/ per agency)

  • Answering office phones that are forwarded to you via our IT solution

  • Take detailed notes and document correctly & efficiently to each agency per call

  • Phone coverage during normal business hours 

  • Customer service

  • Answering calls

  • Taking messages 

  • Call routing

  • Email management 

  • Provide general office info… hours, address, fax#, etc 

  • CG clock in/out

  • CG call off’s 

  • Employment inquiries

  • CL Scheduling calls 

  • Stay active and up to date on Vonage team chat for real-time changes throughout the day

  • Attempt transfers when out of the office

  • All temporary exceptions to the rule are posted and they need to be worked all day every day in order to perform the job to the best of your ability

  • May be required to perform or adjust to new duties as assigned by the agency as needed

  • After Hours Shift and Overnight Shift

  • Mitigate calls received after-hours

  • Work to manage last minute schedule change calls.

  • New service inquiry calls

  • No Call / No Show re-staffing

  • Last minute schedule changes

  • Monitor caregiver clock-in/out through your software calendar

  • Notify both client and caregiver of anticipated late arrival

  • Work to schedule replacement staff for a caregiver who has cancelled.

  • Notify the client of schedule changes.

  • Address caregiver calls related to client supplies.

  • Document client cancellations and notify caregivers

  • Address client concerns

  • Answer client scheduling inquiries

  • Answering office phones that are forwarded to you via our IT solution

  • Phone coverage during normal business hours for meetings or lunch when needed.

  • May be required to perform or adjust to new duties as assigned by the agency as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Has own laptop or computer desktop
  • Has a stable, fast, and reliable internet connection
  • Quiet Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Homecare Industry experience
  • Customer Service Industry experience
  • Working remote experience

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay rate starts at $13 an hour
